It's a popular add-on for guests based on a Nile cruise or in a Luxor hotel who still want to tick off Cairo without extending their trip. Because it's a full day of travel and sightseeing combined, an early start is essential.

Instead of completing your stay in Luxor and then making a separate long road journey to Hurghada, fly from Luxor to Cairo and combine your onward journey with an unforgettable full-day visit to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo, you will be met by your guide. Visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the world’s major museums dedicated to ancient Egyptian civilization. Continue to the Giza Pyramids and the Great Sphinx on the Giza Plateau. After completing your Cairo sightseeing programme, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your onward flight to Hurghada.
